Streaming Innovation Logo
The end of 2023 brought with it a new name and mission for my team at Paramount Streaming. What was once the Emerging Products Group, became the Streaming Tech Innovation Team, and with that new identity came the task of rebranding, including the creation of a brand new team logo.
Designed as an homage to the classic Paramount mountain, this new team logo combined Paramount's legacy with our drive towards innovation.

Designed a logo to represent the Streaming Tech Innovation Team at Paramount Streaming.
Developing an Idea
As with all logo projects, brainstorming started by working with the client (in this case my own team) to select a series of words to describe what the logo should represent.
In this case, we wanted the logo to represent insights, the incubation of ideas, and creativity.
On the right is an example of how these words help define the design of previous iteration of the team logo. This iteration was later scrapped and replaced by the final mountain logo.
Previous Iterations
As with all creative projects, the Streaming Innovation logo went through many different iterations. Some of my favorites are displayed to the right.
For the longest time, my team and I were both sure that we wanted a lightbulb motif to represent ideation. It wasn't until very near the final stages of the project that the mountain motif entered the design concepts.
